Description
This fun and immersive cooking class is perfect for beginners to advanced cooking students alike. Working with Chef Faustino in his professional kitchen, teens will develop various cooking techniques, practice knife skills, learn a variety of cuisine specific skills and learn how to plan and prepare a variety of wonderful foods from around the world.
Teens will leave this camp with the ability to prepare various meals at home. They’ll even learn some kitchen clean up skills–imagine that!
The camp culminates in a foodie field trip to The Anaheim Packing House.
