Looking for a summer camp that’s full of laughter, creativity, and fun? Look no further than Discovery Prep’s Improv Summer Camp!
This camp is perfect for those who love to think on their feet and be creative. Campers will learn the basics of improv comedy, including improvisation techniques, character development, and comedic timing, all in support of developing their skills as an improviser. They’ll work together and collaborate in groups to create and perform memorable scenes. The focus is on learning through fun and experimentation, while building self-confidence and teamwork skills in the process. Campers will work in a positive and inclusive environment where everyone feels safe to express themselves and try new things. They’ll come away from the experience with improved confidence, enhanced communication and public speaking abilities, and a sense of invaluable accomplishment.
At the end of the week, campers will have the opportunity to showcase their newfound skills and confidence in a final performance for their family and friends.
